Thank you again for helping us make our first days of the school year great. It is so good to be together again. We thank God for this gift.
This week:
It looks like the weather will be much more pleasant this week. We will take advantage of it and spend as much time outside as we can!
Monday, we will have pizza for lunch (no need to bring in any money)! The menu is cheese pizza, green salad, fresh fruit and milk or water.
Thursday is the first Thursday of the month which means that it is Casual Dress Day and $1 Ice Cream Treat Day. Uniforms are not required. Just remember that casual dress still means that it is appropriate for school and being on the Cathedral grounds. Bring $1 for a special treat at lunch. I have heard that our treat might be Dilly Bars!!!!! The best!!!!!
Some of our older grades will begin taking the MAP tests this week. Please remember that we are looking to see where our students are academically, so that teachers can plan accordingly. Teachers will let you know.
Work is being completed on our new school area which used to be the janitor's apartment. We are looking forward to moving in soon. Many thanks to all who made this possible.
For kindergarten and higher grades, we will have music classes on Thursdays and gym on Fridays. Art and religion classes will be added soon.
If you have not received an email to log into Microsoft Teams, or if you are having problems with this, please let me know. This will be an important means of communication and it is essential that everyone is able to access it.
